2008

Junchang was founded on September 23, 2008, during a critical period of transformation for China's manufacturing industry, with increasing market demand for high-quality metal and plastic products. Mr. Xie Chuimin, with keen insight, founded Junchang Metal and Plastic Products Co., Ltd.

In its early days, the company was a small metal and plastic processing plant with only eight employees and a mere 650 square meters of production space. During his visits and interactions with customers, Mr. Xie Chuimin discovered concerns about inconsistent product precision and inadequate service. He then formulated the philosophy of "high-quality products, timely service, and market development," which helped Junchang secure its first batch of long-term customers.

The company achieved its first key breakthrough with the successful development of a process for producing small batches of high-precision metal parts tailored to customer needs, establishing a strong reputation for quality in its subsequent business.

2015

Junchang moved into a new factory, expanded its team to over 20 people, and introduced multiple CNC machines, significantly improving production capacity and efficiency, gradually entering the supply chain of domestic and international customers.

On December 12, 2023, Junchang celebrated its third relocation to a new, self-built, 7,500-square-meter factory. This comprehensive upgrade has enhanced the environment, production equipment, and technical staff to higher standards. Facing global market fluctuations, Junchang adheres to a "people-oriented" corporate culture.
